Mike and Natalie were super fun to work with. They actually won one of our monthly giveaways and we are glad they did. We had a great time with their entire wedding party and their wedding colors were bright and vibrant just like their personalities. It really was a pleasure to film their wedding day for them.
They had a fun story about how they met while Natalie was up in a tree...so we made sure to get audio of them and family members talking about them and their story which ended up being great to put over their reception footage.
It ended up raining on their wedding day but as for me I say, what is more romantic? We got a shot of them kissing outside the temple in the rain and while we were filming them I was thinking, "Nothing can bring this couple down. They have what it takes. No wind or rain can pull them apart...they'll be together forever." I wish that I could take Mike and Natalie and have them give classes to future clients. Their video turned out to be pretty long which is unusual for a free wedding video but we just got so much useable footage from them. They were happy and cheerful the entire day. Smiling and loving on each other. They were really enjoying their day! That makes our job easy and turns out really good looking wedding videos. Are you wondering if there are couples who aren't happy and smiling and kissing lovey-dovey on their wedding days? The answer is yes. There are those who have let the stress get to them and forget to enjoy the day....it doesn't look that good on film....just saying.
Anyway, wedding videos don't generally turn out to be 7 minutes long, unless the package includes lots of add on's like "getting ready" footage, luncheons, rehearsal dinners....that sort of thing, but as I said, we just couldn't bring ourselves to cut it down any more than we did. Watch the video and let us know what you think? Cute couple huh? P.S. Do you like the song playing under the stories during the reception footage? It's Mikes own song! Just thought I'd mention that.

Natalie's Review:
"I was originally against the idea of having videography. I figured getting a good photographer would be not only sufficient, but more than enough. I thought having videographers would be just keep me from interacting with those I loved most on our special day. And most of all, I thought videography was just a superfluous excuse businesses used to take even more money from the hoard of parents willing to pay anything for their daughters to have "that perfect day."
But I was wrong.
We had our well-known, high-profile photographer. He'd shot for us countless times for family pictures and other weddings. We trusted him and were excited to get his pictures. But....long story short, the pictures didn't turn out. We ended up with only a handful of pictures that we like. But luckily....we had HitchCoff! A potential tragedy saved by the fact that we have video footage.
HitchCoff was never "in the way" as I had feared. They became not only our friends, but friends with our friends who attended our wedding. I had multiple comments about the "good feeling" that they had about them, about their professionalism, and about their spunk. They rolled with the punches of the weather being bad, and things not going as planned. I was happy to have them there right along-side through it all.
I loved the style of their videography. They caught fantastic shots of all the most important moments and complied them into a video that takes me right back to the special day. They asked for our input for music, and were even willing to use a song that my husband wrote and produced for me in the video! They recorded some priceless voice-overs and artfully incorporated them. I couldn't be more pleased with the final product.
I will be forever grateful for the video that HitchCoff Productions made for us on our special day. Going with HitchCoff Productions was the best decision of my wedding."

Mark and Mayela's wedding day was hot and bright and beautiful! We loved capturing their love story and their obvious friendship in this video. Not to mention the stunning contrasting reds and whites of their wedding day. They were very fun to film and very much in love which made filming easy. Congrats Mark and Mayela! We wish you the very best!

Keirstin and Caleb's wedding was a little bit last minute. Actually, it was a lot last minute....they called us the day before. But we were happy to film their wedding. We used the practice we got from our free wedding video giveaways and it turned out great. We filmed them coming out of and around the Bountiful Temple where they were married and then filmed their reception as well. It was all very beautiful. Congrats to the happy couple!

Customer Reviews from KSL.com
Very professional, great prices!
by User45713
I've seen some wedding videographers where they are disrespectful to everyone to try and get good shots. The videographer from hitchcoff that they sent to my wedding was great, very professional and respectful. The work they did was great, constant communication between them and us, we knew exactly what was going on the whole time. Any requests my wife and I had were promptly answered. Overall a great experiences, and I'd definitely recommend them.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Hitchcoff Productions Videography

Having HitchCoff Productions do videography for us was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. We didn't even want videography originally, but were sure glad we changed our minds. We ended up not getting the quality and style of pictures that we had hoped out of our photographer so the videograpy really ended up being a lifesaver for us! People who came to the wedding even complimented us afterwards on the "good feeling" that the videographers had about them. Furthermore, they're honest. They made sure that the music they used in the video was properly licensed. Go with HitchCoff, you won't regret it!
